All the Bright Places by: Jennifer Niven

My heart can't take these books anymore. I've read three books in a row that made me cry and I just can't anymore. This one when first added to my list I thought 'it probably teaches you something about wanting to stay alive or something' but noooooooo it couldn't have happily ever after where the guy gets the girl and the girl gets the guy and so on, no no no it had to make me ball my eyes out and stain my pillow. I was gonna read Looking for Alaska next but I need a break from sad so today I started The Picture of Dorian Gray and Other Works pretty much a book full of Oscar Wilde stories. This book may have made me sad but nonetheless it was amazing, All The Bright Places brings light to depression and other things in a good way and it shows us what it feels like to deal with something that's uncontrollable to you. I love this book so much and fell in love with the characters, I was there with them during all of their wanderings and someday I want to wande...

We Were Liars by: E. Lockhart

Why? At the beginning of this book I thought 'hey this is pretty good' and at the end I literally screamed 'PLOT TWIST' and every head turned to me, I guess this is because normally I'm pretty quiet. I think this is my new favorite book and cannot wait to get a copy of my own. I started writing on the backs of my hand inspirational quotes and life mottos today's is "do what your afraid to do". This book is magnificent, thrilling, surprising, out of this world, phenomenal, breath-taking, and so many more words that I can't think of right now. We Were Liars will have you at the edge of your seat and leave you crying     at least that's what happened to me     and in need of mental health.  Summary from goodreads end line from me:  A beautiful and distinguished family. A private island. A brilliant, damaged girl; a passionate, political boy. A group of four friends—the Liars—whose friendship turns destructive. A revolution. An acc...

Holding up the Universe by: Jennifer Niven

Holding up the universe is a book about accepting yourself even though other people might not accept you. It's funny, romantic, cute, and definitely readable. This book is a stay at home, drop out of school, and quit your job just to stay home and finish reading it kind of book, I finished this book in less then two hours and had a few tears shed.      Summary from google:           The book is narrated in turns by Libby, famous for once being 'America's Fattest Teen' and starting high school after years of being home schooled, and Jack, who seems to be one of the popular kids but secretly suffers from Prosopagnosia  - the inability to recognize  the faces of familiar people even those in this own family which is often called 'face blindness'. Their worlds collide in a horribly cruel high school game and an unlikely friendship is formed that leads to something even deeper.      Jennifer Niven...

Paper Towns By: John Green

I am absolutely in love with this book, I've only ever read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green and it was really good, made me cry five nights in a row after finishing it you know? So I read this book and I have more by him for later that I checked out from the library. Paper Towns describes and teaches people so much. I agree with the paper towns saying, I myself live in a paper town, with paper people, in their paper houses who burn the future to stay warm. I love that saying and am probably going to start saying it so much. I HIGHLY Recommend this Book, if You Have read It please comment What you Thought of It. (if you read the book you'll understand the capitalization here and there in the last sentence). This book is funny, mysterious, adorable, and I think what Quentin did to find Margo was a romantic gesture, I don't know if anyone else agrees though.  Summary from books back:      Who is the real Margo?      ...

Suicide Notes From Beautiful Girls By: Lynn Weingarten

This book was amazing like a lot of books out there but it was kind of hard for me to get into it in the beginning, but in the end I was glad I stuck to it. I liked this book a lot I actually finished it in less than two hours. This book has mystery, love, drama, and suspense all rolled into 325 pages of awesomeness. I want to own this book one day and then get sticky note tabs to mark the parts that meant the most to me, I want to do this with all of my books someday, but for now I have to stick to taking notes on a google doc. This book has been on my never-ending To Be Read list for a long time and so have all the other fifteen books from the library that are sitting either on my desk or my dresser. at first I actually thought this book was going to have a bunch of suicide notes from girls in there because of the title, and I guess this is where that saying "don't judge a book by it's cover" comes in.      Summary on back of book bec...

The Perks To Being A Wallflower By: Stephen Chbosky

Have you ever felt infinite? That's a question I've been asking myself since I read this book and I keep trying to find times when I was truly infinite and so far have only found one, if you would like to know just email me and I'd be glad to share. I loved this book to pieces and now wonder why I haven't read it before. I am going to warn that it does talk about drugs and has sexual references so if you're  sensitive to that stuff be prepared. This book taught me that people can blossom into a confident or happier person when they are accepted for who they are. I'm pretty sure Charlie was writing to another wallflower because in the beginning he says "Dear friend, I am writing to you because you listen and understand....." and later on in the story his friend Patrick or "nobody" says "he's a wallflower", and then continues saying to Charlie "you see things. you keep quiet about them. and you understand." If you ...

A book I found on Wattpad

So I found this book on wattpad that actually got published and it's really good. I found it online after I found out it was paid on wattpad. It's called the bad boy and the tomboy I'll leave a link for the online version below. It was a good story although I will say the title was a bit cliché it was still a really good book and I loved it because it talks about stereotypes which I hate because before I was homeschooled I was put into a stereotype box of teachers-pet, nerd, or dramatic, which I hated beyond all belief. This book made me squeal and dance  around my living room and made me look forward to finishing my schoolwork so I could read.      Summary: Macy Anderson is a seventeen year old teenager that plays soccer, hangs out with the guys, can't stand girls except for her best-friend Jasmine, and is the only one who doesn't know who Sam Cahill is.  Sam Cahill is the typical bad boy, skips classes, drives a motorcyc...
